This winter has by far been the coldest we've experienced. For weeks we had below freezing temperatures. Last weekend we drove down to Lake Balaton to go ice skating. I guess about every eight years the lake freezes over enough so that you can go out on it.

This is how Scarlett's face looked the entire time. If you look closely you can see tears, not because she's sad but because it's soooo cold.
Proof you can fry anything and it tastes good. These people were offering free hot wine, tea, fried apples and bread with lard.

Having personally witnessed Jared standing on skates...this method makes more sense! Did you have a lard fried apple?

by the way...just saw your name contest - won't be ashamed to not be anonymous. both are so cute, but my fav is lila. i have a good friend who just named her baby the same - just spelled a little different "lyla". excited to see her and her name!
