We had a fabulous trip to Switzerland last weekend. We took an overnight train to Zurich where we met up with some friends of the Salter family. They were great hosts, by the end the girls were calling them grammy and papa :) The weather didn't fully cooperate. We were suppose to hike to a mountain cabin for a night but the whole weekend there was SNOW at 1400m so we instead took a cogwheel train up the mountain and a gondola back down. On our last day the skies cleared just a bit so I could get a taste of the Alps. I guess we'll just have to go back so I can get my true Alps experience :)
